Terms of Service

By accessing or using Predictive, including joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Predictive is an AI-powered operating system that automates business operations through a constitution-driven agent architecture. The platform observes your business data, makes recommendations, and takes actions within boundaries you define.

During early access, features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice as we iterate on the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account or joining the waitlist.

You must notify us immediately at legal@predictive.company if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform.
• Abuse, overload, or otherwise interfere with the API or any connected services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

Predictive's AI agents make recommendations and take actions based on the constitutional constraints you configure. While the platform is designed to operate reliably within those boundaries, you remain ultimately responsible for all business decisions.

The platform is a tool, not a fiduciary. It does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your data remains yours. The constitutional rules, business logic, and configurations you create within the platform belong to you.

The Predictive platform, including its brand, technology, design, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of Predictive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predictive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Predictive is not liable for business decisions made by AI agents operating within your configured constitutional parameters. You acknowledge that the platform operates based on the constraints and permissions you define.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion by contacting us.

Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
