When you sign up for the Predictive waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We also collect standard usage data through web analytics, including page views, referrer URLs, and browser type.

We do not use tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are essential session cookies required for the site to function properly.

We use your email address to send product updates and early access invitations. We use aggregated usage data to improve the product and website experience.

We never sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored on Supabase, which operates on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.

Access to personal data is restricted to essential personnel only, following the principle of least privilege.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@predictive.company. We will process your request within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from all communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

We use the following third-party services to operate Predictive:

• Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Supabase — database and authentication services.
• Anthropic — AI processing. No personal data is sent to AI models.

We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy policy via the email address associated with your account. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
